HOW TO SPONSOR
The Georgia HIMSS Chapter invites you to be a sponsor to help support our Chapter with its educational, networking, and communications programs. Sponsorship will last for one year and during that year sponsors will be recognized in several ways and receive various benefits. There are three levels of sponsorship:
Gold Level - $2500 per year:
- One free registration to Annual Healthcare Tradefaire (can be given to a client if Sponsor is a vendor who is also participating in the conference in the vendor expo)
- Recognition at all programs
- 2 free registrations to any GA HIMSS event except the Annual Healthcare Tradefaire
- Link to company web-page from GA HIMSS website
- Company listed in GA HIMSS quarterly newsletter
- Company pamphlets available at event registration table (if company provides marketing/promotional material)
Silver Level - $1500 per year:
- Recognition at all programs
- 1 free registration to any GA HIMSS event except the Annual Healthcare Tradefaire
- Link to company web-page from GA HIMSS website
- Company listed in GA HIMSS quarterly newsletter
Bronze Level - $250 per year or donation of door prize
