Dr. Denise W. Hines possesses over 23 years of extensive and varied experience in different healthcare organizations such as health systems, physician offices, home health, technology vendors, consulting, state government, and revenue management. She is nationally recognized for building service and results-oriented organizations with proven results and she possesses a passion for the widespread integration of technology and healthcare.
Dr. Hines participated on Georgia's HIE Strategic and Operational Plan writing team and served as the co-chair of the HIE Governance Committee. She successfully launched Georgia's first comprehensive health information transparency and health information exchange Web site and served as the first Executive Director for the HITT Advisory Board and created Georgia's two-, five-, & 10-year strategic plans for health information technology. She also created and implemented the Georgia Health Information Exchange Grants Awards Program that awarded $1,800,000 in grants in the first and second years. As the leader of eHealth Services Group, her vision is to build a company with the reputation for solid service delivery. eHealth Services Group is focused on identifying and analyzing emerging regulatory issues and designing and executing recommended strategies and actions for clients. eHealth Services Group is currently providing marketing, education and outreach services for the Georgia Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (GA-HITREC) among other clients.

Rob works with Microsoft field teams, internal product teams and Microsoft's partner ecosystem to help providers implement and adopt innovative technology solutions that will improve the quality of care, save lives, and optimize the utilization of financial resources. Before his tenure at Microsoft, Rob held various positions at McKesson including Client Executive – managing 165 Quorum hospitals nationwide. Rob Aaron is a Georgia native and received a BBA from The University of Georgia. Rob also attended The University of Munich (Ludwig-Maximillians Universitaet) in Munich, Germany where he received an MA in Political Economy. He resides in Dunwoody, GA with his wife and 2 children. He is a consultant with IBM's Managed Cloud Services. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology, Master's studies in Management from SUNY. He has been with IBM 25+ years, He has served on the Board of Trustees for Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, the Board IT Steering Committee for the ViaHealth System. He was a Principle for IBM's Healthcare Workflow Consulting practice, a Life Sciences storage executive and has spoken on healthcare technology issues at various conferences and symposia. He has also worked for EMC and Philips Medical Systems. He lives with his family in Cumming, GA.

Anita Hemrick is a seasoned sales executive with over 15 years experience in selling Information Technology. During the past 6 years, Anita has specialized in Healthcare IT after her brother's life was saved by a new laser technology for his advanced stage of cancer. It was after this technology saved his life that she dedicated herself to healthcare technology as a vertical specialty.
Presently, Ms. Hemrick's job responsibilities includedeveloping and increasing revenue in healthcare business in the South/ Central region. She has a strong foundation and understating of all software, hardware and clinical applications in a healthcare setting – as well as working with and developing ISV's, integrators andchannel partner business in the healthcare provider, payer and services environment.

Christopher R. Paravate, PMP, CPHIMS is the Director of Implementations at Northeast Georgia Health Systems in Gainesville, Georgia. Prior to joining the NGHS team, he served as the Director of Portfolio Management at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where he was responsible for the enterprise EMR system selection, implementation and support delivery. Chris holds a BS degree from DeVry and CPHIMS and PMP certifications. Chris has over 15 years of healthcare process improvement and IT experience.

Liz Hansen is an industry consultant, with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology within the ambulatory and acute Healthcare settings, specializing in Meaningful Use Requirements, Electronic Health Records, IAM and Healthcare marketing strategy. As a partner of the Georgia Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (GA-HITREC) she is currently focused on providing guidance to Providers in their efforts to achieve Meaningful Use. In addition to her consulting engagements, Ms. Hansen has served on the boards of several educational and community organizations, and spoken at numerous physician and practice manager seminars on the topics of Meaningful Use, EHR Selection, medical practice marketing and Social Media.

Claire is currently the Business Development Manager, Intel Americas. Claire joined Intel's Digital Health Group in 2005 as a Business Development Manager in the Southeast. Prior to joining Intel, Claire worked at IBM and Lenovo working in the healthcare and retail industries. Claire also worked for 4 years as an application and training specialist for a healthcare software company. Today, Claire is part of Intel's Government, Education and Medical group responsible for developing relationships and securing strategic customers in GA, AL, and North and South Carolina.

He is responsible for directing and managing the delivery of all consulting services to healthcare clients in Georgia and throughout the country. Mr. Stewart has over 30 years in the HIT industry in a variety of roles with several market leading technology vendors and consulting firms. He has extensive experience in IT assessments, strategic planning, system implementation, project management, operational support and development of sourcing options. He is also an expert in meaningful use and health reform policy and focuses his current practice on assisting his clients navigate through the current industry transformation.

She has been published in Military Medicine: ‘Bringing Nurses Online-Implementing Nursing Informatics' and actively involved in improving healthcare technology at the national level with the TIGER collaborative teams.

Ginny Meadows, R.N., is executive director, program office for McKesson Provider Technologies, and is responsible for regulatory interpretation, program initialization and execution, and critical review of market position and product development strategy related to the HITECH Act and other healthcare regulatory topics. Ginny has more than 25 years' experience in clinical informatics and health care information technology, with an emphasis in the areas of product management, strategic planning and analysis, and knowledge management.
Previously, Ginny served as the director of Clinical Informatics at Shared Health, responsible for determining clinical product strategy, clinical content and terminologies; and clinical decision support services, quality metrics and performance analytics. She has also held key positions in product management, development and customer relationship management with leading healthcare IT companies including Carestream Health, Inc, (formerly Kodak Health Group), WebMD, and previously with HBOC/McKesson.

Dee Cantrell is the Chief Information Officer for Emory Healthcare, Inc. in Atlanta. Ms. Cantrell also serves as the Associate Director for Enterprise Clinical Informatics for Emory's Center for Clinical Informatics and she is the Deputy CIO for the Office of Information Technology for Emory University. In her role as CIO, Ms. Cantrell is responsible for the IT infrastructure that under grids the day-to-day operations of over 15,000 employees and 1500+ physicians who support the five Emory Healthcare hospitals, The Emory Clinic, Emory Specialty Associates' physician practices and Emory Wesley Woods Geriatric Center.

Ms. Cole is a Clinical Assistant Professor at GSU Brydine F. Lewis School of Nursing where she coordinates the master's in Leadership in Health Care Innovations Program – Administration and Informatics. Her clinical background is in critical care and informatics. She began her career at NYU Medical Center where she was involved in implementing one of the first CPOE systems in the Country. Prior to GSU, she was the Informatics Nurse Specialist at Piedmont Healthcare.

Christopher Kunney currently serves as Director of Emerging Healthcare Technology for AT&T. As Director, Christopher provides guidance and direction on the overall strategy and applications specific to AT&T emerging healthcare technology offerings. He is also called upon as a healthcare technology expert to develop an industry viewpoint on AT&T offerings and represent those viewpoints and offerings to clients, partners and associations across the healthcare ecosystem
An active participant in his community, Christopher serves as an industry advisor for DeVry's University's Industry Advisory Roundtable and ITT Technical Institute's Program Advisory Committee. He also sits on the Executive Board of Directors the Men's Health and Wellness Center and Ivy Preparatory Academy. Christopher also co-chairs the GA HIMSS Annual Golf Tournament, Ben Carson Foundation (Atlanta Chapter Scholar Fund) and an active participant in the Chauncey Davis Foundation.
He currently leads the Technology Committee for National Association of Healthcare Service Executives – Atlanta Chapter. Christopher has also served as director of the Information Technology Committee and a local chapter award winner for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Black MBA Association. Mr Strosnider has over 25 years in healthcare technology. Much of that experience was in Science Applications International Corporation (“SAIC”) where he was a Vice President in their Healthcare Technology Sector. There he worked for the VA, DoD, DHS and some private healthcare delivery systems is exploring technology adoption as a force multiplier in delivering healthcare with higher satisfaction, lower costs and improved outcomes. Currently, Mr. Strosnider is the Director of Business Technology Planning and Portfolio Management for Kaiser Permanente's GA Region. This role encompasses IT governance, local IT investment planning, HIE, telehealth initiatives, mobility initiatives and is the leader responsible for the GA Region implementing ONCs Meaningful Use objectives (both core and chosen menu items). Kaiser Permanente is a $44B integrated healthcare delivery company with 8.8M members.

Don graduated from Georgia Tech with a mechanical engineering degree and later earned a MBA degree from Georgia State. He founded EDI, Ltd. in 1986 and is a registered professional engineer in a number of states. Don is an active participant in the HIMSS and the ASHE. He has also held many leadership positions in the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia including President and National Director. He is an avid learner and teacher and his research on new healthcare technologies and market developments helps EDI remain a leader among their peers in the healthcare industry.
Healthcare IT and the realization of better medical outcomes and improved healthcare delivery through IT adoption are Don's passion. Don works with healthcare clients to help them articulate and realize their technology vision and strategy. Don is a Past-President of GA-HIMSS.

David has thirty years of experience in healthcare planning and management. He is currently serving as an Executive in Residence and Program Director of the Health Systems Institute at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He maintains an active healthcare consulting practice as President of Management Systems Consultants. This firm serves a variety of Healthcare clients in the areas of healthcare information technology, facilities planning, financial turnarounds, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, he served as Vice President, Performance Improvement with VHA for four years, leading Performance Improvement efforts for 54 Georgia Hospitals and Executive Director of Satisquest, a patient satisfaction survey and consulting company.
He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and currently serves as President of its Society for Health Systems. David was the founding President of GA HIMSS and has served 3 times as the President of the Georgia Chapter – each time leading them to national awards. He is a HIMSS Fellow and has served as the Chairman of its National Conference. He is also a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
